The Fundació Amics de l'Hospital del Mar (henceforth Friends of Hospital del Mar Foundation) is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data.

Any data entered by users in the forms or sent by email will be processed by the Friends of Hospital del Mar Foundation in order to manage requests for information and/or services sent by the user of this website. All the data will be processed in accordance with the technical and organisational security measures established by current legislation.

The data will not be transferred to third parties or used for any other purpose than that established in the first paragraph of this notification, unless otherwise established by law or if the data is required by official bodies that are authorised in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.
