Conviure amb el Càncer

Within the program Un Respir al Càncer of the Fundació Amics de l'Hospital del Mar, and in collaboration with the Fundació Nous Cims, a series of audiovisuals have been made under the title Conviure amb el Càncer.

These are conversations between patients and professionals about sexuality, emotion management, and chemobrain or loss of cognitive abilities due to treatments. The goal is to give strategies and new perspectives that will help manage the situation and emotions of cancer patients. 

Workshops and Seminars to accompany you

The Hospital del Mar and the Friends of the Hospital del Mar Foundation collaborate to offer cancer patients and their families support and activities that improve their physical, emotional, and social well-being. The workshops and seminars are held in the Espai Domum Mar, a unique space for developing different activities.

Espai Domum MAR

Domum MAR has been conceived as a therapeutic environment based on scientific evidence to care for people, inspirational interior design (ergonomic, sustainable, and ethical furniture, nature and vegetation, aromas and textures), and the dialogue of art with health.
