Marina WalkTrail is back. On Sunday, October 5, join a solidarity Nordic walk at the Serralada de Marina Park and help us raise awareness and support for mental health research.
This year, the cause focuses on this essential area for people's wellbeing.

This edition features the special collaboration of the Ammame Association from Santa Coloma de Gramenet, with whom we share the goal of improving people's quality of life through awareness and research. The team behind the European project MENTBEST is also involved in Santa Coloma, led by the Hospital del Mar Research Institute, promoting innovative initiatives to foster emotional well-being at the community level.

Walk, share and support

Marina WalkTrail is an inclusive activity open to everyone: friends, families, professionals, and the general public. It's a healthy, meaningful event that fosters community and collective action for a shared cause.

You can choose between two adapted routes and enjoy a morning outdoors in a festive atmosphere:

5 km family route: Easy and accessible, perfect for a pleasant walk and a visit to the Monastery of Sant Jeroni de la Murtra.

11 km popular route: For those seeking a sporty day in a beautiful natural setting, including a visit to the Iberian settlement.

Become a solidarity walker

If you can't attend but still want to support the cause, you can be a solidarity walker. This means signing up symbolically - without participating physically - by donating the equivalent of the registration fee.

This way, you directly contribute to the funding of mental health research projects.
